How to configure the signature settings

You can request digital signatures when assets are assigned, transfered or returned.
Triggers
Triggers allows you to request signatures based on certain actions. The following triggers are currently available:

Assign asset

Transfer asset

Unassign asset
Once the action takes place, a signature request is created and visible in the asset's activity feed. Users can sign a document using one of the signing methods below.

Signing methods
There are several ways in which a user can sign a document.
Categories
Not every asset needs a signature. You can decide for which asset categories a signature should be requested. New categories will be automatically selected.
