In this short introduction we will give you more information about how to use the documentation and explain the different functions of Highflare. When you're ready for more, see our other articles.

Before we start, make sure that you are logged in to the Highflare Portal. Are you new to Highflare? Sign up here.

Assets

In Highflare, all of your assets are displayed in the Inventory overview. The Inventory displays all the assets and their asset ID, category, attributes, status and more. We've already added a couple of assets to give you a better idea how assets are displayed when you join a new workspace.

Use filters to quickly filter assets and any asset data you are looking for. Add or remove columns to get a better overview of your assets.

Asset details

All of the information about an asset, such as attributes, comments, and attachments are displayed on the asset details page.

Asset details are fundamental to working in Highflare — this is where people and information come together in one place, and makes it possible to organize work far more efficient.

Users

Quickly register your users on the users page. Find basic contact information and the ability to quickly view the assets of a specific user.

This page may look a little bit empty. Don't worry, we're in the process of the developing a user overview page. Keep an eye on the Highflare Roadmap to learn more.

Signatures

Signatures is a great way to digitally sign agreements on an iPad or via email when an asset is assigned, transfered or returned.

Get started by creating an agreement and configure the signature settings to decide when a signature should be requested.

VisitorsNew

Turn your tablet into a welcome screen by displaying images, text and a call button for your visitors. Use the business hours and out-of-office functionality to display custom messages such as opening hours during non-business hours.
