How to bulk import users

Before you start, download and fill the Import-users.xlsx template. This will make the import easier.
Import users

Log in to Highflare if you haven't already done so.

Go to the Users page and then click "Import users" in the top right corner.

Select and upload the file with users that you want to import.

Match the columns of your import file with the Highflare attributes, then click "Next".

A preview of the import will be displayed. You can go back if you want to make changes to the import settings. Once you're ready, click "Next".

Click "Import users" to start the import process.
