How to change your password

There are two ways to change your password:

Logged out of Highflare

Logged in to Highflare
You must have access to the email address associated with your Highflare account to reset your password. If you've lost access to the email address, please contact a workspace admin to change the email address.
Logged out of Highflare

From your browser, visit https://portal.highflare.com.

Fill in your email address, then click "Reset password". You will receive an email from Highflare with a password reset link. Make sure to check your spam folder if you haven't received anything in 15 minutes.

In the password reset email, click "Choose a new password".

Enter your new password, then click "Change my password".
Logged in to Highflare

Click on your avatar in the navigation, then click "View profile".

Change the password, then click "Save changes".
Password guidelines: The new password you choose must be at least eight characters long, and can't be things like password, 123456, or abcdef.
