The welcome screen is the default screen that visitors will see when visiting the front desk. It is a great way to welcome visitors and provide them with useful information to make their visit easier.

Configure the welcome screen

1. Go to settings.

2. Click "Settings" under the visitors section in the sidebar to view the visitor app settings.

3. Under the welcome screen tab, choose the type of content that you want to display and add images, titles, and other useful information for your visitors.

4. Personalise the experience by changing the background and text colors.

Ring button

The ring button allows your visitors to play a sound when they arrive at the front desk and a great way to get the attention of your team.

1. Go to settings.

2. Click "Settings" under the visitors section in the sidebar to view the visitor app settings.

3. Under the welcome screen tab, enable or disable the ring button.

4. Pick a sound that suits your front desk, then click "Save".
